Now Hiring Experienced Forklift Operators We are now hiring experienced Forklift Operators in Shorewood IL. Both 1st (5s-5p) and 2nd (5p-5a) shifts available. The starting pay is 11.25 per hour plus a 1.50 hr shift differential. Material Handlers and Order Pickers are encouraged to apply. Job Requirements Ability to perform tasks associated with the receipt storage shipment and fabrication of product and materials Picking packing shipping of orders cycle count material unload and load trailers Complete transactions related to In Out-bound process Support Shipping and Receiving Department monitoring material and supply inventory Plan organize and monitor the receiving storage and distribution of all items received from vendors Assists with ship confirms and freight carrier scheduling as required. Perform additional customer service requirements as necessary .Perform daily orders and shipments Stages the material for freight carriers coordinated by destination and freight carrier. Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed Assist with training and developing other personnel team members with new tasks Adhere to and enforce basic housekeeping standards safe operating procedures e.g. OSHA PPE etc. and basic building maintenance The ideal candidate Have experience operating any of the following equipment Stand up Forklift Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.Willingness to be used in other areas of warehouse as management requires. Be assertive and goal-oriented. Positive high energy and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to work in a dynamic flexible environment where priorities are continually changing.
