CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Position Purpose This person brings a welcoming and positive approach to customer relations. They are the face of the office greeting and aiding customers both on the phone email and in office. This person supports the administrative and property management team in office functions and administrative duties. Priority Duties Customer Service Answering phones and assisting homeowners with account questions payments received owed and approved and documented payment arrangements. Update homeowner profiles in Caliber and on websites as needed. Greeting visitors and assisting with questions or concerns both on the phone through email and in person at the office. Responding to emails from community websites assisting customers in password resets and sign-up. Administrative & Property Management Support Opening Distributing Filing mail received faxes documents and other correspondence. Adding new and updating current client & vendor information to the Caliber system all information provided and obtaining information that is needed specifically contact information ownership paperwork and current insurance info. Organizing updating digital hard files as needed and requested by clients. Assisting administrative managers and property managers in mailings special projects CMS events everyday administrative tasks requests including but not limited to scanning filling sorting posting and overall data input. Skills Required Team Oriented Articulate speech and writing Organized Detail & Process Oriented Positive Attitude Computer Literate Experience with Word Excel Outlook Gmail and any kind of accounting or property management software preferred. Education Required Minimum High School Diploma preferred interest in continuing education in field(s) of interest Pay Range Starting Hourly Rate 12.75 (Depending on education and prior experience) Potential Insurance & Tuition Benefits & Bonus Incentives
