As a team leader you are in charge of ensuring that your areas are clean as well as following up with the other members of your team to ensure their areas are clean as well. You will have additional duties outlined in the Maids binder to help your team stay on track and adhere to our specific practices. Only Maids with the highest level of standards are selected to become Maids team leaders.
