Hours 9 00am to 5 00pm Job Description Experience Compile and keep personnel records record data for each employee such as address weekly earnings absences amount of sales or production supervisory reports and date of and reason for termination Prepare reports for employment records file employment records or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons Provide support in functional areas of a human resources department which may include recruitment and employment personnel records employee and or labor relations job evaluation compensation management benefits administration organization development and training Knowledge and understanding of general office software such as Word and Excel as requested Ability to utilize HRIS software such as Silkroad PeopleSoft or equivalents. Prior knowledge not required High school diploma or GED and 2 years related experience required
