Our company is an established contractor with customers in and around the Finger Lakes Region. We are seeking a self-motivated and organized Construction Project Engineer to add to our successful team. Construction Project Engineer Position Overview Supports multiple Project Managers and Superintendants on projects of various sizes. The role revolves around all documentation required to support and ensure successful projects. This includes but is not limited to RFI s Submittals Construction documents and addendums photo documentation daily reporting schedule maintenance meeting minutes billings and tracking management and issuance of all construction documents and reports. In addition to the support role defined above the Project Engineer shall also be intimately involved with the life cycle of various work orders. The Project Engineer may not be required to perform all duties listed Estimating Bidding Process Submittals Track Distribute and Log RFI s Construction Document Processing Daily Photo Documentation Schedule Update and Verification 3 Week Look Ahead Superintendant Daily Reports Meeting Minutes Owner Billing Permits Preferred Qualifications 3- 5 years experience as a Construction Project Engineer Excellent computer skills MS Office Suite including MS Project Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor s degree in Construction Management or other relevant field desirable. LEED AP or Green Associate desirable.
