If you are a Journeyman Welder with at least 5 years of welding experience this is your chance to advance your career As a Journeyman Welder you will be responsible for using Stick Mig Tig and Flux Core welding techniques to weld various components in flat vertical or overhead positions. Additional responsibilities Performing any combination of duties to assist workers in welding brazing and thermal and arc cutting activities Moving work pieces tools and supplies manually or by hand truck Lifting moving and holding or clamping work pieces to table into jigs or into position as directed manually or by using pry bar TOOL LIST Head Protection (Do-Rag Welders Cap etc) One Pair of Leather Steel Toe Boots Welding Gloves Welding Helmet ( 10 % 11 shade lenses required) 24 ounce ball peen hammer 1 needle nose pliers 1 lineman s pliers 1 tape measure 1 combination square 1 wire brush (stainless steel) 1 chipper hammer 1 gas cutting tourch tip cleaner 1 flat cross-cut file 1 round cross-cut file 1 magnetic torpedo level 1 soap stone or scribe Welding test is being down with carbon steel pipe Testing with 2 schedule 80 for a 3G and 4G position Simply put we re not a temp agency and don t just hire anyone.
