As a key member of the Analyst team you will grow and develop as you conduct and manage critical healthcare projects. You will be challenged to analyze review and forecast data for operational and business planning. As part of this team you will be empowered to impact the health care system through the analysis and interpretation of data and presenting recommendations for business solutions. Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various healthcare processes that include analyzing reviewing forecasting trending and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational strategic business activities - by developing enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Primary Responsibilities Analyze review forecast and trend complex data Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational strategic business activities through analysis Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate Experience developing workflow solutions for the healthcare industry Experience with analytics Experience with Cloud-based solutions Location Princeton NJ Required Qualifications 2 years of Business Analyst experience 5 year of Healthcare experience 1 years of product development experience Previous Project Management experience in Healthcare Must have strong technical skills including experience with data layouts element and exchanges Bachelor s degree or HS Diploma GED plus 3 years equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Prefer experience with health care risk adjustment and or compliance Prefer experience with Medicare Advantage Medicaid and Commercial Exchanges
