College Recruiting Coordinator

Our Client Converse has a 9-Months contract opportunity for Recruiting Cocordinator. You ll serve as the primary point of contact for partnerships with Converse Core Universities developing partnerships with career services faculty and student organizations. You ll identify work with and update alumni and or school stakeholders at Converse who want to be involved in our partnerships. You ll maintain an active contacts list to ensure continuity. You ll travel as needed to serve as the Converse representative for on-campus appearances including but not limited to campus presentations coffee chats interviews etc. You ll partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to develop and obtain approvals for all communication materials used for on-campus efforts. You ll manage all Converse referrals source top talent from core campuses and advocate for top talent internally at Converse. In this role you will also research report on and maintain updated knowledge of changes and nuances in college programs and curriculums to inform future alignment and better assist in candidate sourcing to meet business needs. You ll manage data requisitions and reporting related to collegiate recruitment in Avature and Taleo systems. In addition you ll maintain knowledge of NIKE Inc. business initiatives with a deep focus on Converse to drive internal and external credibility and assist in representing the NIKE Inc. family of brands as needed on campuses. Requirements include BS BA preferred Ability and desire to travel up to 70% during peak periods 2 years full life-cycle recruiting experience developing requirements sourcing screening interviewing and conducting compensation reviews 1 year of dedicated experience recruiting in the collegiate intern or MBA space Ability to present to and communicate with business management and partners in academia to create strong partnerships Experience communicating a corporate brand High level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities Interested candidates submit your resume to prerita(at)ptsol.com or call on 408-962-4865.
