I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting NOW (Decemeber). I live in Oak Hill Town homes close to Salisbury University. Rent is 448.50 a month not including gas or electric. I normally pay an extra 40.00 a month. You will have your own room along with 3 closets bathroom. Very large living and dining room with fireplace pets are OK large backyard with clothes line. Brand new washer just added in the house along with dryer in the house. My other roommate (female) is moving out in May after graduation. She currently resides in the master bedroom.
