I am a 48 year old man seeking a woman close to my age. I am seeking a long term relationship. I am honest and I do not play games...too old for that. So here is my situation. I have been single for two and a half years. My last relationship was a night mare that lasted 15 years I was not married to her. When I ended this relationship I had no choice but to move back home with my parents sounds pathetic but it is what it is. I got a job cutting trees with my brother in law things were going great for me. Then I hurt my back and had to have a disk fusion surgery. I do not have a college education I have been a laboror all my life. The doctors told me I can no longer do manual labor. I had no choice but to apply for SSI my case looks good but I am still waiting for a hearing which should be soon. It has been 15 months to this point. During all this my bad luck continued with my car breaking down so I do not have transpertation of my own. One possative at this point in my life is I have gone back to school. I take online classes at Bryant & Stratton College studying to be a paralegal. I am half done and I made the deans list. As for me personally I am a nice person. I have done well to try and get my life together but I am lonely for female companionship. I am not in the best possion financially but that will be coming along also. I am looking for a woman who is understanding and not judgemental who likes me for who I am not what I have or dont have. I am looking for a woman who is independant smart and secure with herself. I do not mind a high maintenance type of woman to me that means she takes care of herself and cares how she looks. There is nothing wrong with that. I like honesty respect and closeness in a relationship that means a lot to me.
