SUMMARY The Project Leader will lead cross functional team members in planning and developing new products. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop plans from concept to go-live for complex projects and execute the project plan to deliver results that meet quality cost and timing objectives Establish manage and communicate expectations milestones and status throughout the project with internal and external customers Create and manage project timelines and provide timing plan and project status updates to customers per their requests and or requirements Manage the launch of new products and projects from quoting through final sign off Travel as needed throughout the United States and Canada QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree engineering marketing or business administration required MBA with PMP certification preferred 8 years of experience in project engineering with at least 4 years of experience in a project leadership role Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work effectively in a cross-functional environment Demonstrated knowledge of CAD design systems required ProE experience preferred Must be able to work in the United States on a continual basis without sponsorship MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
