The City of Oshkosh has immediate openings for a full-time Program Supervisor in our Senior Services Division. This position is responsible to provide and supervise programs through the Oshkosh Seniors Center that improve the quality of life for people over the age of 50 in the Oshkosh area. This position is responsible for supervising the Activity Coordinator Volunteer Coordinator Fitness Coordinator part-time and seasonal staff as they relate to programs interns and volunteers as they relate to programs. The position also is responsible for planning and implementing well balanced programs and activities of the Oshkosh Seniors Center. This includes working with programs at both Oshkosh Seniors Center facilities and outreach locations. Job requirements include Bachelor s degree in Recreation Management Education or similar area of study at least 3 years supervisory experience minimum of 3 years of experience in recreation programming valid Wisconsin Drivers license Possess (or ability to obtain) current CPR basic first aid and AED certifications emphasis in planning programs for senior adults preferred.The salary range for this position is 1 774.50 to 2 028 bi-weekly with an excellent benefit package.
