Home Helpers of Ga. & Alabama - LaGrange GA Registered Nurse RN in good standing with the State of Georgia. Performance Responsibilities include but are not limited to Intakes Admissions in Troup Meriwether and Muscogee County. May be directed by LPN to do intakes in Counties not listed. Skilled nurse follow-up visits in a timely manner on all clients in stated counties. New Care Plans to be done as needed. Upon each Skilled Nursing Evaluation insuring each Clients Care Books are current and up to date. Placing new client books in the home within the first week following a new admit. Training under the guidelines of LPN for staff in the Lagrange location once a month. Signing off monthly (the third Thursday of the month or day TBD) in the Newnan office on all paperwork. Phone call every Friday at 11 am to review any changes or concerns with LPN. May be asked to assist with promotional activities and limited marketing in familiar areas. Report directly to LPN for any questions or concerns. Turning in worked time by Wednesday via email to LPN with hours outlined office vs. nurse time. Following weeks schedule to be sent via email every Friday to all office management by 3pm. Attend office staff meetings as requested. Email all Care Plans and SNV directly to LPN as they are completed. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information. Any other duties requested. You will work independently and have opportunity to make own schedule most of the time. This will be a p t or per diem.
