Positions Available Support Planner Administrative Assistant Lead Works Qualifications To perform this job successfully an applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and or abilities required Bachelor s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in health human services or related field. Two years related experience and or training and working knowledge of housing social service and individual support services Medicaid services or Home and Community Based Waivers is desirable. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with varied cognitive abilities to establish professional relationships. Ability to read and interpret documents such as employment paperwork assessment reports or medical records and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
