One of our well established banking client is looking for an Exp Service Officer with Auditing and Banking Exp Location Toronto ON Duration 3 months contract with strong possibility of extension Job Description The incumbent will work closely with AM Client Support AM Risk AM Client Service and Legal in order to meet project objectives and ensure success. Project responsibilities include Compilation of client documentation to satisfy regulatory requirements Analysis of client data from internal and external sources Maintenance of central repository of files for management review Developing and providing progress reporting to management. Main Duties - documenting auditing and compiling files for regulatory reasons - will be reviewing client documents and logging work for follow-up - must have high attention to detail - comfortable with Word or Excel - previous clerk admin data entry experience - understanding previous experience in an audit reg. role and or FI Banking experience required Job Requirements Strong analytical logical and organizational skills Ability to be flexible to manage changing requirements Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadline driven tasks Broad understanding of investment business and legal entity structures Attention to detail Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently but possess the ability to work effectively within a group Excellent communication skills both oral and written Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly and concisely Education University degree in business or applicable discipline preferred Canadian Securities Course and or enrollment in CFA program would be an asset.
