Duration Min 12 Months with possible extension Location Downtown Toronto MUST HAVE Prior senior level experience (minimum 10 years) in the I& IT field assessing service management performance and customer relationship processes to identify risks and recommend improvements. Facilitating improvements in relationships between suppliers and clients Identifying criteria and measurement standards to be used around vendor performance. Facilitating problem resolution and escalation processes Establishing plans for supplier management Process re-engineering experience specifically relating to IT contract management processes contract negotiation and administration Prior knowledge and experience in establishing performance monitoring and quality management processes NICE TO HAVE Solid understanding of the contract lifecycle financial management (including budgeting and forecasting) approval processes and regulatory compliance issues Expertise in project management and best practices in contract management Experience in the identification of strategic & operational requirements within the context of a contract management environment developing contract management strategies Excellent communication and facilitation skills Solid working knowledge of outsourcing contracts and establishing service level agreements.
