One of our well established banking client is looking for Exp Licensed Insurance (RIBO) Inbound Call Centre Representatives with Banking Experience Duration 3 Months contract with high possibility of extension. Location Toronto ON Shift Information Applicants must be flexible to work fixed shifts Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 8 00 am to 8 00 pm and Saturday shift between 9 00 am to 4 00 pm. (MANDATORY shifts Monday and Saturday). Training Location Yonge and Eglinton (Toronto) Training Schedule Full Time Monday Friday from 9 am to 5 pm for approximately 6 weeks in duration Must Haves Main Duties Inbound call center role - Will be receiving calls from customers primarily in regards to their currentclaims. Will be doing cross-selling of property and or casualty insurance MUST HAVE - RIBO license this training will not be provided at this time Customer service - 5 years Sales experience - 3 years Call center experience is an asset Overview Our bank is one of Canada s largest financial institutions. QUALIFICATIONS You MUST be RIBO licensed You have a strong aptitude for sales You have a superior client service orientation. You have the ability to communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing. You have excellent interpersonal skills You have excellent organization and time management skills. You possess a professional telephone manner. You have demonstrated your ability to function effectively in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment. You maintain a positive demeanor and foster team spirit. You have strong analytical and decision making abilities You demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing situations. You have excellent computer keyboarding skills.
