Your pay-scale is based 100% on you and what you bring to the company. Job summary Custom residential framing building walls stairs gables truss headers ect. Summary of DAILY job functions YOU MUST be able to perform the regular duties of a framer not limited to but including using a framing square using hand tools using pneumatic tools reading prints snapping lines laying out walls windows doors framing stairs working in rafters building full walls alone able to hand-frame gables and all other things of the sort sheath the roof with a cut-man Minimum 100lbs. lift requirement. cannot have issues with extreme heat or cold or heights. YOU CANNOT HAVE NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS OR GETTING UP ON THE ROOF RAFTERS YOU CANNOT have issues with handling OSB up high on beams rafter ladders ect. If you would like to apply for a senior ( 14.00 ) position here are the minimum requirements 5 years residential hand-framing experience (utilized within the last year) Valid drivers license and personal vehicle to get from job to job At least 3 references (non personal) Must supply personal use hand tools belt pouch Must be able to work flexible hours anywhere between Mon-Sun (usually 7am-6pm) Must be at least 18 years of age Must have extensive knowledge of headers stairs blueprints and coordinating skills layouts Must have ability to read print snap lines and frame walls Must be able to measure and sheath roof while someone cuts for you Must be able to work while possibly providing instruction to others. > > ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK EVERYDAY AND BE ON TIME EVERYDAY.
