Applicant Requirements Qualifications Must be a Newark resident because applicant needs to know the area well. Must have a valid driver s license and mode of transportation Must be organized and have the ability to provide accurate weekly reports of work performed Be able to communicate daily between the field and office Have strong written and verbal communication skills Must speak English bilingual is preferable but not mandatory Candidate needs to supply all power and hand tools. (We may already have some tools available for use) Must be comfortable in completing a wide range of duties depending on the needs of our company landscaping carpentry and painting plumbing and electrical and supervision Must provide assistance to staff visitors and other employees when necessary Looking for someone who has great attitude is punctual reliable and organized.
