Registered Nurse needed for Supervisory visits in metro Atlanta Georgia. Soteria Home Health Care has a part time position available for an RN to do supervisory visits on our medically frail clients. This position has the potential to increase to full time in the future. This is a M-F no nights no holidays position. It will require an occasional weekend a few times per year.Experience and Qualifications (Requirements) Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia required 1-2 years experience preferred.Competency Skill Requirements Ability to work in the field drive a vehicle have a current valid driver s license and be insurable. Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication time management and organizational skills. Positive professional business image. Client-centered service experience and ability to work with diverse populations. Detail-oriented. Self-manager self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade others. Knowledge of Veterans Benefits a plus. Ability to work flexible hours required. Decision-making skills and ability to handle pressure.Essential Functions Visits prospective clients clients after referrals are made to share information about Soteria Home Health Care and perform the initial and on-going in-home assessment for clients Documents and initiates the client s Plan of Care and establishes additional client records Re-evaluates the client s needs every 30 days. Visits clients to keep abreast of client s condition and environment at least monthly. Conducts nursing assessments as needed. Responsible for determining type and duration of services necessary to meet client needs quotes bill rate based on service provided. Assists in matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients needs conducts onsite supervisory visits of Caregivers Contacts clients and caregivers for follow-up on service delivery and determine satisfaction of services. Performs nursing skills as ordered by the physician
