Setup and Breakdown of Banquet Functions. Position Responsibilities Set up Breakfast carts and keep them well stocked. Retrieve necessary items for guests throughout meal (beverage refills condiments etc.) Ensure the food on the buffet is maintained at adequate levels refilling as necessary. Break down breakfast carts and maintain cleanliness. Setup and breakdown of Banquet functions. Deliver and stock Breakfast on the Beach bags in housekeeping storage daily. Deliver guest amenities to rooms. Prepare next day food for specialty station. Assist with food and paper good deliveries. Handles cash when assigned as a cashier for specialty station. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
