Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment to include disassembling replacing cleaning and repairing of equipment. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing in guest rooms. Assisting Maintenance Supervisor on project work including but not limited to painting flooring installation of fixtures etc. Knowledge of all emergency procedures (water gas electricity fire hurricane tsunami and threats) Provide assistance to tenants guests visitors and employees. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to successfully learn fire safety and security procedures. Ability to communicate effectively. Typing and computer skills helpful but not required. Valid driver s license needed. Plumbing training and certification helpful but not required.
