1972 Grand Banks Trawler style cruising boat. Hull 221 GB 36 Wood Hull. Very nice good condition. A Fresh Water boat on Lake Michigan and the Bay of Green Bay. Located in Green Bay at The South Bay Marina. Well maintained boat with annual painting and misc. repairs done every winter. Color Off white and Grand Banks Beige. This has always been a fresh water boat that started in Traverse City Mi. ENGINE ROOM Twin Diesel Ford Lehman s - 8 knots cruising speed with very efficient fuel usage estimated burn rate of 2 gal an hour. Engines have estimated 4500 hours. Onan 7KW diesel generator. Fuel tanks 2-180 gals and 1- 80 gal tank. Batteries 8D size or equal (2 seasons old) in 3 banks (starting house and for generator house). 30 AMPS electrical service with a 3000w AC inverter. 3 bilge pumps 1- 120v 3800 gph and 2-12v 1500 gph. ELECTRONICS VHF Radios 2 new 1 older and 1 handheld. GPS integrated with radios in 2012 and 2013 Auto Pilot and 24 Mile Radar. 2 Depth finders and fish finder. 2- Stereo systems w 4 speakers each MP3 and CD player all remote controlled one system in Main cabin and the other on the fly bridge. FLOOR LAYOUT Forward V berth with head center cabin rear cabin with full head and a fly bridge with full helm station. The fly bridge has full rain canvas and a dodger. TRAWLER STYLE INTERIOR Teak floors Mahogany walls panels and Teak trim re-finished natural CEILING All fabric ceiling material in the V berth main cabin rear berth cabin has been removed. The fabric in the 2 heads is re-finished. All new 2 inch white pine white washed bead board paneling is in main and rear cabins. It is yet to be installed in the v-berth. The bead board is finished so the grain shows through. It was installed over insulated 2 foam for a R10 insulation rating that helps keep heat out and cool in. MAIN CABIN Has seating for 8 or more people. All cushions are new foam covered with Sunbrella upholstery fabric. New window curtains were added in 2010 that include interior roll-up self-storing helm station interior privacy curtains. Nearly all wood has been refinished. There is a storage beverage cabinet with 3 drawers and 4 large drawers an insulated cooler with drain and cubbyhole storage beneath the seats. There is one upper cabinet one 3 drawer wall unit and additional storage beneath the sink and built in stove. There is also a lift lid storage compartment above the 3 drawer wall unit. There is a shallow lift top storage area at the helm station. GALLEY Microwave mounted beneath the upper cabinet allowing for counter cabinet space below gas oven w 4 burner range top and new 6 cubic ft. 12v 120v refrigerator V-BERTH There is new Sunbrella cushion upholstery 2 added reading lamps 2 added ceiling red white light fixtures and custom fitted bed sheets. There are 4 storage drawers one vertical sliding closet and head with toilet and sink. REAR CABIN There are two beds one considered full size and one single. There are screens for the rear exit two new red white ceiling lights two small bedside wall fans recent curtains and mattress covers custom fitted sheets 10 drawers and one sliding vertical closet in addition to a new toilet in the head.. UPPER FLY BRIDGE All cushions are new foam with new vinyl covers. Fly bridge is recently painted wood recently refinished and door access was added below the seating. Helm station is the same as the interior helm station but there is no radar. EXTERIOR CANVAS Canvass is all Tan Sunbrella new or nearly new for most windows rear entry door and fly bridge area. The dash windows front angled side windows and door window are exterior mesh fabric covered. EXTERIOR There is teak decking lots of rail hand holds new fly bridge privacy canvass ample fenders boat dock lines 2- 30 amp electrical shore power lines and anchor windlass with plow anchor with 20 ft of chain 200 ft of line There is ample deck area for seating a large rear teak swim platform full mast and boom for dinghy lift dinghy cradle and rear cabin storage box. SAFETY SUPPLIES MISC. 5 inflatable PFDs and several standard K Pots safety throw float line for personal retrieval as well as some tools and miscellaneous other supplies EXTRAS There are monogrammed towels tablecloths and several interior furnishings available if interested.
