I just replaced this high grade carpet for wooden floors and tile. I had it in my living room and in a hallway. Living room is 18 10 x 14 1 2 . Even though the carpet is about 10 years old it is in great shape. It s been used by 2 adults only that walk with no shoes around the house (see the annexed pictures). I paid 55 per square yard when I bought it. All 300 square feet of carpet with its undercarpet are yours for only 25. It has already been removed and rolled for you to take.
