FOUND A WHITE AND TAN CHIHUAHUA MIX IN OCEAN BEACH ON BRIGHTON AVE ON 02 26 2015. HE HAS A MARK WHERE A COLLAR IS USUALLY WORN. HE IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND SUPER OBEDIENT AND KNOWS COMMANDS AND WORDS THAT ONLY A DOG THAT BELONGED TO A FAMILY WOULD KNOW AND RESPOND TO. HE CONTINUES TO LOOK OUT THE WINDOWS AND DOORS AS IF HE IS TRYING TO FIND HIS OWNER. HE IS SO SWEET AND IT BREAKS MY HEART TO SEE HIM LONELY LOOKING FOR HIS HUMAN CAUSE HE MISSES THEM. PLEASE COME TAKE HIM BACK HOME WHERE HE BELONGS.
