Small fast-growing residential property management company is currently looking for an experienced accounting professional. Experience in the property management industry is A MUST. Experience Education Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping accounting experience in the industry. Familiar with online property management software preferred. Experience with QuickBooks Word Excel expected. Degree in accounting preferred. Casual and friendly small office. Main Duties & Responsibilities Posting of rent payments (checks and electronic payments) scanning checks for direct deposit to the bank. Manage delinquent or late rent payments including posting late fees distribute collections emails. Produce delinquency reports and follow with tenants. Maintain tenant information. Post bills and expense items and allocate them to specific property. Post and disburse electronic payments of monthly Owner s draws. Maintain separate beneficiary accounts by verifying allocating and posting transactions. Balancing beneficiary accounts. Trust account bank reconciliation. Assist in maintenance issues as needed. May assist in contacting owners getting approvals following up and more. Produce owner statements as needed. Vendor bills administration posting and recording.
