Greeting from Hot Orlando I am writing to you let you know about a great opportunity My church Family has to go on a mission this next year during spring break. From March 19th through the 27th 2015 First Christian Church Youth will be serving the lord in Haiti. They will be working with F.I.S.H. Ministries from Christian ville International in Gressier Haiti. First Christian youth will be participating in various building project & working with missionaries from Haiti in a number of ways building projects working with the mission s agricultural livestock & aquaponics programs assisting the mission with outreach & evangelism and doing whatever is needed done to spread the gospel in Haiti. What Is F.I.S.H. Ministries you ask Fish ministries helps feed the hungry impoverished children so that christian mission can become more effective. By meeting the children s desperate physical needs they can become healthy with a capacity to learn and grow in Christ. Currently Fish ministries is focusing on agricultural and aquaculture project in Haiti and India. In addition to feeding children s these project provide jobs for the nationals outreach to the community s and income for the missions. Isaiah 58 10 (KJV) If you extend your soul to the hungry And satisfy the afflicted soul Then your light shall dawn in the darkness And your darkness shall be as the noonday. There s an old parable that says Give a man a fish feed him once teach him to fish feed him for life. In Haiti people living two orders of magnitude below poverty level have added a new line to that parable Provide us access to the water F.I.S.H. Ministries was founded to provide animal protein to the diets of the poor children in Haiti. We believe that if we can prevent malnourishment while providing for the essential nutritional needs of these children they will have the opportunity to learn and provide for their future. We believe that God has led us to Haiti to provide for the least of His brethren. (Matthew 25 31 The project has been blessed by God and we are currently feeding 1500 children daily. The purpose of this letter is to simply ask you to support me in two ways. The first way you can support the youth is to pray. Pray for this trip the people of Haiti & Gressier and pray for the youth as they serve. The second way you can support youth is financially. This trip will cost around 1 300.00. If there is any way you could help to alleviate some of the cost it would be greatly appreciated. 1 10 25 50 100 any amount would be helpful.
