We are a 20 year established Oregon company looking for a retired or semi-retired plumbing contractor or estimator to help us with cost estimating for commercial construction projects. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable with local labor and material costs for fixtures and piping wet side mechanical systems etc. Communication of work between you and our company is generally by email so physical proximity is not an issue. However most all of our projects are located in Oregon so familiarity with Oregon plumbing codes is required. Compensation is based on experience.
