I have worked as a Spanish language and ESL instructor for over 15 years. During these years I have had the opportunity to work with children at elementary middle and high school levels. I must mention that I have taught Spanish at the National Hispanic University and served as a language department coordinator when needed. I have also worked as a bilingual data entry clerk. As a result of my years of experience I have developed many skills transferable to a customer service environment including multiple clerical organizational and data entry tasks. I speak read and write English Spanish and Bulgarian. I studied linguistics and literature at Klement O hridsky University in Sofia Bulgaria. I also completed the Professional Translation and Interpretation Program at the National Hispanic University for which I received a Professional Certificate in the language combination of English-Spanish. I am a certified Data Entry Clerk as well.
