Account Representative Needed compensation 28 000 yr bonuses The Account Representative collects and services customer accounts while being able to maintain a high level of customer service. Update and maintain customers information in database. Process cash and electronic payments. Process receipts for payments received. Contact customers regarding their accounts and input notes into our company AMS. Process paperwork for vehicles and maintain an inventory list of all vehicles. Participate in repossessions and field calls. Maintain accurate records for compliance. Meet and greet customers and assist in sales process. High school diploma or GED required. Must be experienced with cash handling and account management. Must have a valid and clear driving record. Prior collections experience is a plus. Intermediate computer skills required. Paid hourly monthly incentive opportunity Hours Generally regular hours of work will be 9 a.m. -- 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. -- 4 p.m. with a regularly-scheduled day off each week on either Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday.
