Removes soiled linen and terry and trash from maids carts and dispose in designated area. Special projects (carpet bonneting or extraction general cleaning etc.) as assigned. Deliver guest request items as directed. Job Responsibilities Must communicate in English language (written and oral) to the understanding of customers guests and co-workers. Speaks in a pleasant voice and with etiquette. Must handle multiple tasks by prioritizing focusing on details with excellent follow through. Able to grasp lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs. from ground to waist level. Able to push pull a cleaning cart weighing up to 300lbs. And from the housekeeping station to each guest room. Must perform tasks requiring bending stooping kneeling squatting and walking distances on property. Have a previous experience and or the ability to learn and perform assigned duties to the hotel s established standards of cleanliness while following the health and safety guidelines. Performs basic math skills to calculate inventory pars and mixing dilutions of commercial chemicals and cleaning solutions. Perform other duties as assigned.
