Excellent communication skills are a must. This position entails work that involves R & D and Product Design. The ideal candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor s Degree with up to 3 years experience with 3D Modeling.About The Open Position We are seeking a Designer for our Grand Haven Michigan facility. Primary responsibilities for this position involve Product design & improvement. Complete engineering & quality documentation. Quality Engineering. Produce accurate work in timely manner without the benefit of a reviewer. Ability to make informed decisions. Some research and development required. Manage several projects through directing efforts in multi-tasking as well as directing the efforts of others. Participates as a member of the Engineering Team.
