We have a nice Townhouse to sublet with 2 large bedrooms and lots of storage comprising of a very big walk-in closet upstairs near the bedrooms and three storage areas adjacent to the playroom. Utilities paid by the tenant Hydro cable and rental of hot water tank (Hydro Solutions 24.00 month). We are looking for responsible people to sublet end of January or February 1 2015. Our new home is empty so we can work with you if you need the place sooner. Amenities Pool nice playground trees family oriented and pet friendly. Busses less than 5 minute walk (203 and 209). Very clean unit we painted in 2013 when we moved in nice colors and new hardware on cupboards as well as nice light fixtures. You can have the downstairs curtains and rods and we will leave the bedroom curtain rods in the windows. We also have some furniture to sell including Whirlpool appliances purchased in 2013 brand new with extended warranties (StainlessFridge Stove Cabrio Washer Dryer set silver color) a corner computer desk and chair in playroom as well as the pub table seen in the picture attached.
