Work independently or with others on weekday 8 30 am start Perform equipment preventative maintenance (PM) per procedures and improve PM procedures Conduct diagnostics troubleshooting repairs and qualifications to bring equipment back on line in a timely manner ordering parts making time cards for mechanics tracking maintenance repair backlog inputting maintenance repair reports repair history tracking repair and labor costs oil changes performing daily visual inspections of equipment. Develop a local vendor network system to ensure a fast field service call response When necessary design and develop modification to improve existing equipment performance SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS (include Education Skills & Experience Must have hands on experience on maintaining and modifying process equipment manual lathe etc Must have a good troubleshooting skill and balanced knowledge of applied mechanical electrical and software design. Must have good inter person skill and be self-driven Minimum two-year degree with h eavy equipment or equivalent work experience. Preferred BSEE or ME or experience equivalent.
