We are searching for entry level Jr. Customer Service Engineers in Shoreview MN and surrounding area. Responsibilities - Provide server installation and configuration - Provide onsite service to meet 24x7 SLA - Provide Documentation for testing activities - Provide Documentation for assigned projects - Identify and coordinate all NCE customer service related activities and objectives with assigned customer base - Establish and grow effective service relationships with assigned customer base - Additional duties as assigned This is a full-time job with benefits.
