Hill Real Estate Investments Hill Real Estate Investments is currently looking for a candidate candidates to fill the entry level associate positions we currently have open. The entry level associate will be tasked to find single family homes in the DFW area that the company can purchase or to wholesale to its investors. These homes must be off market properties (meaning not listed with a realtor or other wholesalers). This is a great way to enter the real estate investing sector and to be a part of a growing company that is expanding rapidly. This position will be a 1099 position to start but could lead to full time employment with the company. This also gives opportunity to join the company management as well. The average payout per home the associate finds will be 750.00 to 1 250.00. The property must be closed on for the associate to be paid (meaning our company or another investor buys it from us). This position is part time or full time and really depends on the the associate. Part time to for extra cash or full time to make a living off this plus a chance to move up in a growing company.
