Our company is an established contractor with customers in and around the Finger Lakes Region. We are seeking a self-motivated and organized Project Estimator Manager to add to our successful team. The role of the Project Estimator Manager is to successfully manage and oversee execution of assigned projects. The Project Estimator Manager is responsible for ensuring that all contracted work is executed in accordance with the company s policies including contract documents budget schedule safety quality control and customer satisfaction. The Project Estimator Manager is responsible for managing all subcontractors suppliers on each project while also directing the Superintendent. Ultimately the Project Estimator Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Minimum Qualifications Include 5 years of experience as a commercial construction Project Estimator Manager Experience developing project specific budgets and schedules Able to interpret blueprints specifications inspection reports etc. Significantly knowledgeable of construction methods Able to manage subcontractors and vendors Able to negotiate and track change orders with both owners and subcontractors Able to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time Able to direct Superintendent to ensure accurate completion of project scope Able to meet sensitive timelines Possess valid New York State Drivers License good driving history and dependable transportation to visit project sites Able to travel to jobsites within a 60 mile radius of Geneva NY Preferred qualifications Experience managing projects in the fields of Site Construction Asphalt Paving Landscaping and Masonry Ability to think and react quickly under pressure Demonstrated leadership abilities Ability to deal with unforeseen challenges and variety of personality types High level of customer service We offer competitive wages benefits package opportunity for growth and a good working environment.
