Sweeping mopping and waxing floors. Dusting and polishing woodwork fixtures and equipment Washing windows walls and lavatory facilities. Maintains stock levels of paper and cleaning supplies in all storage areas break rooms and restrooms. Maintains all public areas entryways and windows. Areas are to be cleaned well-groomed and free of hazards. Collects and stores all rubbish and recyclable materials (cardboard glass cans plastic paper) from public areas. Responsible for placing all rubbish curbside for nightly collection. Periodic deep cleaning of walls woodwork windows entry mats receptacles etc. Assists in the movement and relocation of furniture equipment and machinery as required. Operates common types of power cleaning and polishing equipment. May perform minor preventative maintenance tasks on equipment machinery lighting and systems such as lubrication cleaning filter change and the like.
