Position Opportunity Part or Full Time Housekeepers needed. Shift Daytime and may include some weekend days This position will include cleaning homes and rental properties in Fruita and Grand Junction. This includes owner cleaned and short term rental properties. All of our residential properties need to be cleaned and staged. Personal Skills Necessary - Applicants must be highly organized in all aspects of this job. - An eye for detail . We are not kidding here. Applicants must have a keen eye for detail as well as an intuition for what they can t see. - Strong communication skills are a must. - Optimistic and cheerful personality. - Confident and knowledgeable decision maker to determine appropriate solutions to issues quickly and impartially. Job Requirements - MUST HAVE SOME Housekeeping or Hotel cleaning experience - Must have valid Colorado drivers license with little or no violations for the past 7 years. - Must have a reliable vehicle. - Must be able to pass a complete background check. Job Duties - Cleaning and Maintenance items for residential homes. Will train in all areas including the following - Rental Property Cleaning and Staging. - Inventory Management. - Light Maintenance. Starting wage is commensurate with experience.
