Has a refinished hardwood floor new light blue paint on walls and new trim.Includes use of Washer DryerLiving room w TVI have a spare mattress if necessaryDriveway parkingLarge back yard 500 includes all utilities and wifi access. TV will be extra (none currently activated).I don t really spend much time anywhere but in my room or the garage so freedom should not be an issue.Pets are a maybe. Ask for more info. No cigarette or drug smokers. I might have a cigar once a month but cigarette stink is unacceptable. Location is off of Colorado and US 30 intersection.
