Part-Time Reservations Agent Orlando FL THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION Position Summary Take calls provide information and reserve rooms for guests coming to the resort by ensuring clear communication obtaining all necessary information and providing guests a room that meets their expectations utilizing promotions events pricing and sales strategies to meet guests requests. Position Responsibilities Answer incoming calls within three rings with appropriate greeting and assist with questions confirmations room requests and convert inquiries into reservations using selling techniques and strategies. Address guest and vendor issues or concerns independently or refer to appropriate manager. Maintain knowledge of current resort events activities hours of operations products service and other information about the resort as requested. Assist with guests with after-hours check-in procedures and emergency phone calls during the evening hours and on weekends. Assist guests with issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction. Use supervisor support when necessary. Process enter and confirm room reservations. Post charges to guest accounts as designated. Explain charges for stay including incidental costs registration process and other fees related to reservations. Update confirmation cancellation information on various extranets. Data input Filing Perform other duties as assigned Position qualifications High School GED diploma or equivalent.
