A Collection Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to collect past due accounts and negotiate payment plans. A successful Collection Representative will advise consumers and establish an acceptable payment arrangement while adhering to all applicable collection laws. The position is responsible for the collection of past due accounts of the clients of Diversified Adjustment Service Inc. by speaking with consumers on the phone. The Collector must type information into DASI s computer system to update the consumer s account status. Compensation for this position consists of hourly wage plus commission. Key responsibilities include Advises consumers Collects the past due accounts in the most expeditious manner Negotiates payment arrangements with consumers Confers with consumers to review payment plans and terms Obtains information from individuals regarding telephone numbers addresses employment etc. Documents account notes in great detail to ensure reliable and accurate information Uses computers to access retrieve and enter data Adheres to all policies and procedures and philosophy of Diversified Adjustment Service Inc. and all rules and regulations of its licensing agents Scheduling Flexible full-time schedule options -- six options to choose from Flexible full time schedule options available to qualified employees.
