We are in need of a very strong LPN Clinic Supervisor Manager to take control of a Small Staff in a Practice setting. This is an outstanding opportunity for a true leader This position will require the following - Must have 3 years of experience Supervisory experience - Overseeing all Clinical Personnel (CMA Lab Techs and office support etc.) - Updating and training of Clinical Policy & Procedures Clinical Guidelines etc. - Effective communication skills in order to implement strategies and overall Leadership to the staff - Will work directly with Providers as well as Patients in exams procedures and treatment plans - Maintain inventory control and ordering of medical supplies and stock Position will require an active LPN license with Supervisory Management experience. We prefer 3 years of experience in a Medical Supervision Management in a Practice setting. Must be available to work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime for Staff Meetings Practice Manager Meetings etc. Outstanding Salary and Benefits available.
