Qualifications Must be 16 years old or older. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Must be able to work outside no matter what the weather is.(ie sunny rainy windy etc.) Safety gear - Gloves Safety Glasses and Poncho - will be provided if you don t have your own. The costs are 2.00 - gloves 1.00 - poncho 1.00 - safety glasses and can be paid for through payroll deductions. Screening There will be no background checks. There will be no drug tests. We will not be checking your references. Special Instructions Please bring a sack lunch. The client will provide water and they do have vending machines available. A daily transportation fee will be charged. Cash Advances up to 50.00 will be available after the first day of work. Dress Code Blue jeans. T-Shirts No profanity no rips or tears. Tennis shoes are okay. No open-toed shoes. Work Schedule Weekdays Must arrive at Stand-By s offices by 7 30am. Vans return employees back to Stand-By approximately by 7 pm. Saturday Hours 7 00am 7 00pm. Must arrive at Stand-By s offices by 5 45am. Vans return employees back to Stand-By approximately by 8pm.
