Our client is well-establish consulting firm in Ottawa ON. They are looking for Genesys COTS Software Functional Specialist CRM. This is a 3 months contract with strong possibility of extension Federal Reliability Status (RS) Security Required Top 3 skills required 1. Genesys Workforce Manage experience using WFM Configuration utility to support multi-site business units receiving workload from multiple media channels. Should have experience working parameters that drive Genesys Scheduling algorithms. 2. Supervisor and Agent user interface and functionality Experience working with business and technical resources to deploy WFM into the business unit will leverage these user interfaces for create publish and update Staffing and Schedule forecasts. 3. Experience as a COTS Software Functional Specialist in a federal or provincial government environment. We are looking for an experienced Genesys resource with the following specific experience 1) Genesys Workforce Manage experience using WFM Configuration utility to support multi-site business units receiving workload from multiple media channels. Should have experience working parameters that drive Genesys Scheduling algorithms. 2) Supervisor and Agent user interface and functionality Experience working with business and technical resources to deploy WFM into the business unit will leverage these user interfaces for create publish and update Staffing and Schedule forecasts. The generic requirements for the position a) Experience as a COTS Software Functional Specialist in a federal or provincial government environment b) Defining the COTS Software application solutions that meet Customer requirements c) Identifying defining and modeling the application requirements for the COTS Software application and the custom components d) Defining physical program units and data structures based on the logical model to satisfy the requirements for the application custom components e) Configuring the packaged application solution f) Preparing deliverables to support the development and deployment of the solution such as application guides and test plans g) Preparing test scripts for use during unit testing and for integration testing h) Providing continuity during the transition from one stage to the next i) Preparing deployment and post deployment plans to support the conversion and deployment of the solution j) Interacting with project team members to help define current business processes and plan for the implementation of new ones due to the packaged application k) Interacting with the Change Management team to help assess the impact of change and define a change management strategy l) Interacting with project team members to help develop application solutions to meet the business needs m) Interacting with the project architects to obtain guidance and support on the implementation of specific technologies n) Interacting with project team members to present screen report and dialogue designs to obtain feedback o) Interacting with project team members to provide orientation on the application solution explain processing requirements data requirements and program unit processing for custom components and walk-through program unit test plans and p) Interacting with the Quality Assurance Team to present deliverables for quality control inspections. The proposed resource should have demonstrated project experience on a minimum of two COTS Software system implementations defining the physical software design for the custom components and configuring the packaged application.
