Digital Sales Representative (NO Relocation Required)

Position will not require relocation. We are looking for a candidate that can cultivate their home markets as a remote employee. Basic Function Deliver robust and cost-effective digital-marketing strategies to local and regional businesses. The basic flow with each prospect will span four phases identify high-potential prospects capture the prospect s primary business objectives recommend comprehensive and scalable digital programs initiate frequent (biweekly) follow-up with recommendations for expanding and improving performance of every aspect of every campaign Major Duties and Responsibilities Understand each digital-marketing product or service offered by the company and how they are best applied to address specific business objectives. Maintain deep engagement with digital-marketing performance metrics to continuously monitor and optimize every campaign for every client. Manage and grow a pipeline of new-business opportunities across assigned sales territories. Also maintain strategic oversight and ownership of specific business categories as assigned (barbers ski shops etc.). Build total Active Accounts over time and bring strong emphasis to customer-retention efforts. Be adept at producing savvy and effective digital-marketing proposals in quick-response mode. Meet digital-revenue goals on a consistent basis. Collaborate with sales professionals in other business units with strategic imperative of making digital-marketing a primary strength across the entire company. Work hard have fun and consistently meet and exceed digital-revenue goals. Education Training and Skills Desired Bachelor s degree or equivalent 3 years of experience and proven track record achieving new business-development goals 3 years of experience closing new accounts in a digital-sales environment Proficient selling an array of digital-marketing services including SEO SEM digital advertising social-media marketing products and services. Demonstrated success in cold calling lead generation and filling a pipeline of prospects Proven ability to close sales Focused on outside sales 90 % of the time. Excellent written & verbal skills Excellent time & task management Ability to work with little supervision Must be efficient organized and results-oriented Must be flexible and able to work proficiently in a constant changing environment Must be proficient with laptops tablets and mobile devices Personal Profile Enthusiastic and collaborative demeanor Comfortable with ambiguous and fast-paced situations Passion for new digital-marketing strategies and technologies Organized efficient and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and managers. Must possess a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Good math skills and the ability to compute advertising price quotes. Good verbal and written communication skills including spelling punctuation and grammar. Understanding of optimal advertising lay-out (e.g. use of white space reverses etc.).
