Senior Marine Technician Annapolis Yacht Sales & Service is looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join our team on a full time basis to assist in the expansion of our marine business in Annapolis MD. AYS is a dealer for Beneteau Sail & Power Lagoon Catamarans Edgewater Greenline Monte Carlo Steiger Craft and Vanquish Boats. We provide commissioning and service on these and many other makes of new and used sail and power boats. AYS also has a full time certified Yamaha technician for new and used outboard motors. Successful candidates should have 5 years minimum experience in the marine industry working on sail or power boats and demonstrate a passion for customer service. Should be a self-starter with the ability to manage and complete assigned jobs in an efficient and timely manner. Must be able to examine and discuss the nature and extent of an installation a malfunction or warranty claim with the service writer and or customer. Desired skills include trouble shooting major on-board systems gelcoat repair and experience installing electronic components. Rigging experience a plus.
