This hard-working and motivated Project Manager will work directly with the U.S. Head of Client Development and other leaders to support the delivery of recruitment intelligence via our global sourcing research and creative functions. Job Description Support business development efforts with targeted research and presentation delivery Develop and support new client on-boarding best practices Participate in research client delivery calls with global teams Produce call reports and detailed project plans for client review and project management Support and manage multiple HR branding strategy projects including global websites gamification brand studies external perception and traditional collateral and production projects Coordinate sponsorship events and collateral material to help position TWI in US Requirements 2-5 years experience working in a busy marketing advertising environment Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Advertising or related fields preferred (comparable work history and internships considered ) Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional global teams Skills Personable Outgoing Customer Service Oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Word and Excel Excellent planning and organizational skills Excellent writing spelling and grammar Ability to prioritize and multitask Desire to learn Ability to travel throughout the U.S. on assignments.
