FedEx Ground contractor looking for full-time Class A CDL local driver Starting from 09 30 PM (21 30h) to approximately 05 00 AM (05 00h) Monday through Friday weekend home. Job consists of making steady short line haul runs between FedEx Ground terminals in Chicago area every night hook and drop. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS -Applicant must have a valid DOT medical card with interstate non excepted certification or willing to get one. -Applicant must have 1 year verifiable class A experience. NO EXCEPTION -Applicant must have doubles endorsement before applying for job training will be provided for those without experience. -Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years. -Applicant must submit to pre employment drug test and background check. -Applicant must submit to E-verify and legally be able to work in the United States. -Applicant will need to pass a road test and show that they can smoothly operate a manual transmission vehicle.
