The President s Executive Order on Immigration is scheduled to begin February 18th 2015 (Temporary Hold) for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program and Mid to Late May 2015 for Deferred Action for Parents of US Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents. We are a Tax Immigration Payroll and Shipping company in Georgia and we are looking to train and hire Immigration Assistant Professionals as Independent Contractors to assist our clients with the administrative work of preparing our clients Immigration Petitions working under a licensed Immigration Assistant. Immigration Assistant Professionals will not be direct employees of Jamerica Consultants and will be paid only to assist with the preparation of our clients Immigration Petitions. The cost of the Immigration Assistant Preparer Certificate training will be the direct responsibility of the Independent Contractor. We are initially looking to hire 85 Immigration Assistant Professionals to be trained and ready for if or when the DACA Executive Order is released from its hold and clients needs application assistance if you are not serious and ready for training do not register for the training program. Compensation for preparing Immigration Petitions for Immigration Assistant Professional will be 75.00 per petition and work will be assigned based on new client intake current client workflow and Field Office assignment. There will be no set work hours and no guaranteed minimum or maximum hours. Assignments will strictly be based on work availability.
